What to do after breaking up?
Breaking up unfortunately meets each one of us. It happens in different ways - some are experiencing it more, others less - and as in life, it's hard to find a universal advice. But don’t worry. Here are some ways to quickly deal with break up depression.
1. If you are sure that this is the end, give some time to each other. Isolation is the best solution. Don’t meet or text no matter what, avoid places where you may more likely come across each other. It helps a lot, because you gain priceless time to put things in your head together.
2. Think back to previous relationships. Try to think about your former partners, because they can prove that the latter wasn’t so perfect. Maybe you will come to some conclusions. Try contact your ex – of course depending on your current relations. After some time, relationships leaves mostly good memories, which can help you to deal with what we are struggling now.
3. Don’t search for a guilt in yourself.
4. Let the friends pull you out of the house.
